The Green Bay Packers are always a team expected to be a force to be reckoned with in the NFC. The storied franchise is known for their star quarterbacks of the years, Vince Lombardi, and being one of the most iconic teams in NFL history.

This year the Packers hope to get back on track after missing the NFL playoffs last season for the first time in nine years. Part of the problem for Green Bay during the 2017 campaign was the absence of superstar Aaron Rodgers. The perennial Pro Bowler went down with what was more or less a season-ending injury leaving the Packers to lean on a backup in Brett Hundley who couldn't replace one of the league's premier players.

Heading into the 2018 NFL season on Sunday against the division rival Chicago Bears, Rodgers and company are considered the favorites at -7. This is an expected spread with Rodgers back healthy and the team adding another weapon in veteran tight end Jimmy Graham, but what is surprising are the odds for the team's win total this year.

According to BetOnline.ag, the over/under for Packers' wins this season is 10. Although the competition in the NFC North has improved with the Chicago Bears adding Khalil Mack and the Minnesota Vikings bringing in Kirk Cousins, Green Bay has consistently been a legitimate Super Bowl title with a healthy and motivated Rodgers under center.

That being said, there's a very good chance of the Packers eclipsing 10 wins this season if they're able to stay healthy and the defense doesn't end up being their Achilles heel.
