The Aaron Rodgers drama brought a lot of stress to members of the Green Bay Packers organization this summer, including head coach Matt LaFleur.

LaFleur revealed he used wine to cope:

Rodgers made his unhappiness with the organization known earlier in the year, and there were rumors of a possible trade around the NFL Draft. While that didn't happen, Rodgers ditched offseason activities, leaving some speculation that he wouldn't show up to training camp at all and potentially even sit out the season.

Luckily for LaFleur, Rodgers and the Packers worked out their differences, at least for this year. They've come to an agreement that will likely make the 2021 season Rodgers' last in Green Bay. The quarterback just showed up for training camp this week.

While the prospect of losing Rodgers after this season is still a bummer for LaFleur, he's glad to have him in 2021 after the MVP 2020 season. The Packers head coach is surely also looking for redemption after some questionable calls made in the NFC Championship Game loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Green Bay should be a Super Bowl contender once again with Rodgers back in the fold. LaFleur will look to lead Rodgers and Co. to the promised land this season, and then whatever happens, happens.
