The Green Bay Packers are in the middle of making some tough roster decisions with the 53-man cuts being due by tomorrow afternoon. One of the biggest question marks has been what the team will decide to do at the quarterback position.

Both DeShone Kizer and Tim Boyle have been battling for the backup job behind Aaron Rodgers this offseason. They have both shown flashes of deserving the job, but many think that Boyle has actually beat out the former Notre Dame standout. Either way, the Packers have a tough decision to make at quarterback.

According to a report from ESPN's Rob Demovsky, the Packers are not expected to release Boyle. There is no word on if he will be Green Bay's primary backup or if they will keep three quarterbacks, but this is something to keep an eye on.

Green Bay could be considering trying to trade Kizer, or they may very well be considering keeping all three quarterback on the roster. Rodgers has had injury issues over the last couple of years. If he goes down again this season, they may want to have more than just one option to replace him.

Either way, the next 24 hours are going to be very entertaining to keep an eye on the Packers. Brian Gutekunst has shown no hesitance to be aggressive in trade talks and that could be the case once again.

Boyle seems likely to make the roster at this point in time, which will make many Packers fans happy.
