The Green Bay Packers have a busy offseason ahead of them if they hope to enjoy a resurgence in 2019, and it appears Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Michael Crabtree could be on their radar.

There is no question that Green Bay has some improvements to make on offense.

Aaron Nagler of Cheesehead TV indicated that Green Bay could be inclined to bring Crabtree in:

Baltimore has released Crabtree after just one season with the team. The move was hardly surprising considering the veteran was never really able to find his footing with the Ravens.

He is coming off a disappointing 2018 campaign after registering just 54 receptions for 607 yards and three touchdowns. He also led the NFL with eight dropped passes.

Despite his disappointing season, Crabtree's struggles can somewhat be attributed to Baltimore's lackluster offense this season. They fluctuated mightily under the leadership of quarterback Joe Flacco. Although they received a boost when he was replaced by quarterback Lamar Jackson, his mobility did not give Crabtree very many chances to redeem himself.

A change of scenery could do wonders for Crabtree at this point in his career. The 32-year-old is still looking to play an integral role for a competitive team. It is safe to say that he would jump at the chance to catch passes from quarterback Aaron Rodgers.

Furthermore, the Packer already have a bonafide No.1 wideout in Davante Adams which would allow Crabtree to take advantage of more one-on-one opportunities.

The veteran was originally set to earn $7.5 million in 2019.

It will be interesting to see if the Packers are willing to potentially match a similar number to bring him to Green Bay.
