The New England Patriots will have a tough task ahead this weekend with Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers coming to town. Quarterback Mac Jones meanwhile is looking to bounce back from a poor performance in Week 3 as he gears up for the Patriots legend to make his return to Foxborough.

Jones discussed how he's preparing for Tampa after Sunday's disappointing loss. Via PFT:

“I think just fixing the corrections from the game we just played is obviously really important and then moving on with the game plan for this week,” Jones said. “It will definitely be exciting. Tampa Bay is a great team and it is a new week. We’re excited and the only thing we can do is focus on each day and then when Sunday comes we’ll just go out there and play as hard as we can. It will be good.”

The Patriots fell to 1-2 after the Saints beat them 28-13 a couple of days ago, with Jones completing 30 of 51 attempts for 270 yards. However, he had just one passing touchdown while throwing for three interceptions. Jones was also sacked twice.

He also voiced that he wants to get the ball out of his hands quicker but that will not be easy considering the strong defense that Tampa Bay possesses. Jones has shown some serious potential for the Patriots this season, but he will surely be put up to the ultimate test on Sunday.
