Robert Kraft has apparently taken the next step in dealing with his Florida prostitution case — the latest news report suggests he is trying to prevent a massage parlor videotape from being released.

TMZ is reporting that, through his attorney, the New England Patriots' owner filed an order to stop the so-called “bust” video from getting released to the public. Kraft filed the order along with 14 other co-defendants in the case.

The defendants all say that since the case is still active because the prosecution is pending, law enforcement can't release any evidence to the public.

According to TMZ's report, the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office placed cameras inside the spa and said it has a video of Kraft making two visits to the spa. The sheriff also says the video includes footage of two women “manipulating his genitals.”

We told you Tuesday that Robert Kraft was offered an Alford plea deal. Under the terms of this deal, Kraft would have all the charges dropped, with the condition that he not only admits he would have been found guilty of the charges had he gone to trial (or, that there was enough evidence to find him guilty if he had gone to trial), but that he also undergoes counseling, takes classes about prostitution, and undergoes tests for sexually transmitted diseases, among other stipulations.
