Throughout his career, New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady has chosen to talk very little about his political views other than making subtle hints about his support with president Donald Trump.

However, his relationship with Trump has notably not been the same terms as it was prior, which only rang clearer with his decision to support former NFL quarterback Colin Kaepernick in his latest ad for Nike that backs his causes, according to TMZ Sports.

This may be another subtle move by Brady, but it does show that he's supportive of his colleague's stance against social injustices that have been going on in the United States for minorities. It has been the key driving point for those that have chosen to send a message during the national anthem over the last couple of years since Kaepernick decided to do so. As expected, there has been some backlash towards Nike for those that don't agree with this decision from the company to back the _-year-old.

Things have become quite complicated on that front in the last couple of years as things have become quite misrepresented in the process. There have been those that have been unhappy with the many players that have decided to silent protest during the National Anthem with the notion that it is disrespecting the flag and the country. In fact, the players are simply protesting the many social injustices that continue to occur in the United States with what seems like no end to it. This elevated platform that these players have in front of them is something that they have used to bring more national attention toward these ongoing situations.

The fact that Brady is supporting Kaepernick is quite notable as he's one of the faces of the league and has spoken out much about that situation. It brings another notable name in the league behind this effort.
