New England Patriots wide receiver Mohamen Sanu is definitely thinking outside of the box to keep his skills sharp in this time of the coronavirus. With social distancing encouraged, Sanu decided to make use of a robot punter instead. That's right. Who needs human teammates when you can play with state-of-the-art robots instead?

This technological marvel called the Seeker was engineered by a company called Monarch, a robotics and software company based out of Dallas. The machine simulates punts by launching the football high in the air and over the house, where Sanu waits in the backyard to make the catch. His teammate, N'Keal Harry, was also reported to be using Monarch equipment to stay in shape.

Sanu recently required surgery due to his ankle injury late last season. With no visible brace or sleeve on his ankle, it's encouraging to see him looking fit.

Before the injury, Sanu managed 26 receptions on 47 targets for 207 yards and a touchdown in his eight games for the Patriots last season.
