Utah Jazz forward Boris Diaw has been one of the most interesting characters the NBA has seen since his emergence with the Phoenix Suns in 2005-06, fully blooming into his character as a part of the San Antonio Spurs for whom he played the last four-and-change seasons.

Diaw has also grown accustomed to a winning culture, including making the last six postseasons and 10 of his 14-year career. Whether he takes the role of a scorer, defender, facilitator, or an all-around pivot man — the 6-foot-8 forward has built a reputation for doing what it takes to get his team in the winning column at the end of the day.

Boris Diaw is averaging the fewest points in his career since his rookie season with the Atlanta Hawks, but it's his experience and leadership which has bought him an average of 24 minutes per game in two games during these playoffs. With a shaky situation given Rudy Gobert and Derrick Favors‘ injury problems, the crafty big man will continue to see minutes in this postseason.
