The talk all offseason around the Los Angeles Rams has been about their Super Bowl loss to the New England Patriots and for good reason but Andrew Whitworth is ready to move on, and asks the question how will the team react to the loss next season.

Whitworth appeared on NFL Network and talked about how flat the team played during the Super Bowl and just how concerning it was but also thinks it's a good learning experience. A lot of good can come from it if the team learns from it and uses it for motivation for next season.

“There’s definitely ways we could have executed better and just calmed down and executed the way he had all season long,” Whitworth said on NFL Network on Wednesday. “You look at the year before, I thought probably we played our worst game against Atlanta in the [wild-card] round of the playoffs, but for the whole season. I think offensively for us, it was pretty similar to the Super Bowl against New England. It was maybe our worst game of the season right up there. You could say that or [the 15-6 loss to] the Bears [in Week 14].

“But I would argue that the New England game, no real factors to that one. We just flat out didn’t play well. For us, it’s really one of those things, it’s a learning opportunity. How can we respond?”

The Rams still have a team loaded with talent but they need to make sure they continue to take the steps forward, instead of continuing to think about what could have been last season.

If they live in the past and think about what if, this team will take a major step back next season.
