The Baltimore Ravens went 14-2 in the regular season, giving them the best record in all of football. Of course, that means they also procured the number one seed in the AFC and got a bye in the first round of the playoffs.

Now, they have their AFC Divisional Round opponent set in the Tennessee Titans, who knocked off the New England Patriots. However, it looks like they might not have one of the most important players on the team.

Star running back, Mark Ingram, suffered some tightness in his calf during practice on Tuesday, and pulled back.

Ingram has been absolutely phenomenal this season for the Ravens. The running back racked up 1,018 rushing yards and 10 touchdowns on just 202 carries (5.0 yards per carry). He also had 26 receptions for 247 more yards and another five touchdowns. He did all of that in just 15 games as well.

This calf could become an issue though. The fact that Ian Rapoport ended his tweet with “He still has a chance to play…” makes it sound like as of right now, Ingram is closer to being out than anything else.

Of course, the Ravens are a loaded team. They have the obvious MVP in Lamar Jackson at quarterback, and a stacked defense. Losing Ingram will definitely hurt, but it's not something they can't overcome.

All that being said, there are still a few days before the game against the Titans. Ingram will have more than enough time to rest and re-evaluate the issue. If it really is just some tightness, than this could have just been precautionary. Maybe there's nothing wrong and we'll see the normal Ingram out there this weekend.

Either way, whether Ingram is in or out, the Ravens do battle with the Titans on Saturday, and it should be a good one.
