Make no mistake, Baltimore Ravens cornerback Marlon Humphrey is on his way to NFL greatness.

The 24-year-old rising star set his eyes on a simple goal when he entered the league three years ago. After being drafted by the Ravens as their 16th overall pick in the 2017 NFL Draft, the rookie tweeted out his goal to be a top-100 player in the league.

Three years later, that goal has been conquered by the youngster.

 

After an incredible third season with the Ravens, Humphrey was voted as number 86 by his fellow athlete's in the league's latest Top 100 list.

The Alabama native made history in Baltimore last season, thanks to his impressive play throughout 15 starts in the Ravens' defensive line. Humphrey recorded two recovery touchdowns in two games for the team — his second one against the New England Patriots was a 70-yard fumble recovery which set the record for the longest recovery touchdown in franchise history.

Marlon Humphrey capped off his third year in Baltimore by making it to the the Pro Bowl for the very first time. he was also selected to the First-Team All-Pro.

Three other members of the team's potent defensive lineup were unveiled as part of this year's list. DE Calais Campbell (No.79), Safety Earl Thomas (No.75) and LT Ronnie Stanley (No.74) rounded out the initial first four selections for Baltimore. The list will continuously be unveiled over the next few days, so look out for other Ravens to be part of this league's best.
