The Baltimore Ravens got a big boost Friday, as quarterback Lamar Jackson returned to practice Friday after missing the last two days with a non-COVID related illness. Baltimore also got both wide receivers Marquise Brown and Rashod Bateman back to practice, as The Athletic's senior staff writer reported.

Brown missed practice Wednesday and Thursday due to a thigh injury. Whereas, Bateman was also dealing with an illness. With all three skill players back at practice Friday, it appears it wheels up for the Ravens offense.

The Baltimore Ravens are set to face off against the Chicago Bears Sunday. Chicago boasts one of the better defensive units in the league, so it is critical for the Ravens to have Jackson and his weapons.

The Bears are top 10 in the NFL in most defensive categories. Their season is essentially on the line this week.

Baltimore is coming off an embarrassing loss to the Miami Dolphins, 22-10. That game was the Thursday night game in Week 10, so the Ravens have had a few extra days to prepare for the Bears.

The Ravens lead the AFC North, but it is a very competitive division. Baltimore is 6-3, followed by the 5-3-1 Pittsburgh Steelers. Then comes the Cincinnati Bengals at 5-4 and the Cleveland Browns at 5-5.

Baltimore cannot afford a loss to the 3-6 Chicago Bears. Their remaining schedule is very challenging. They play Cleveland twice, Pittsburgh twice, Cincinnati, Green Bay and the Los Angeles Rams. Not one of those teams have a losing record.
