While everybody was looking forward to Sunday's Week 11 matchup between the Baltimore Ravens and Houston Texans, the game ended up being a lopsided victory for Lamar Jackson and company, further improving the second-year quarterback's Most Valuable Player campaign in 2019. Texans star quarterback Deshaun Watson is contributing to Jackson's case, too.

Per ESPN's Sarah Barshop on Twitter, the two quarterbacks exchanged jerseys following the Ravens victory, with the 24-year-old Watson writing “MVP” on Jackson's uniform.

Despite the runaway victory for Baltimore, the game was still fascinating to watch as any 60 minutes to watch Jackson do work can be. The former Heisman Trophy–winning signal-caller out of Louisville—who was told to be a wide receiver or running back instead of a QB—finished completing 17/24 passes for 222 yards and throwing four touchdowns. Additionally, Jackson rushed nine times for 86 games in the Ravens' sixth straight win, pushing them to an 8-2 record in 2019.

Watson, meanwhile, had a poor game; he finished with 18/29 completions for just 169 yards, throwing an interception and failing to connect on a touchdown pass.

The final score was 41-7 for the Ravens as they assert their dominance over other AFC challengers like the New England Patriots and the Texans. During this winning streak, Jackson and Baltimore also have wins over the impressive Seattle Seahawks—who beat the formerly undefeated San Francisco 49ers in overtime last Monday—and Pittsburgh Steelers, along with the Cincinnati Bengals twice.

Jackson has a legitimately MVP case in just his second professional season, and a head-to-head win over the Seahawks, too, could further push his consideration.
