John Harbaugh has been the head coach of the Baltimore Ravens for almost 11 years, but it appears that if things don't change he could be on his way out of town. After getting off to a hot start this season, the Ravens are currently 4-5 and are in danger of falling out of the competitive AFC playoff race.

If things continue going as they have been and the Ravens miss the playoffs, it is likely that the team will be looking for a new head coach in the offseason.

According to a report from Jason La Canfora of CBS Sports, the Ravens and Harbaugh are likely to part ways following the 2018 NFL season.

The Baltimore Ravens and John Harbaugh are very likely headed to a “mutual parting of the ways” in 2019, sources said, but the former Super Bowl winning head coach is not in any jeopardy of an in-season firing, contrary to some recent speculation.

Heading into the bye week, Harbaugh has racked up a 98-69 record as the head coach of the Ravens. He has had a lot of success, including winning the Super Bowl in the 2012 season.

Unfortunately, all good things come to an end. Harbaugh seems to have lost the team a bit and a fresh face can help turn things around. If he is indeed let go at the end of the year, Harbaugh will not have to wait too long to get another head coaching job in the NFL.

Plenty of teams would love to have a guy like Harbaugh running things. One team that could be of interest to him is the Cleveland Browns, who recently fired Hue Jackson. Harbaugh would also be able to stay in the AFC North to play against the Ravens twice each year.

Expect to see Harbaugh and the Ravens mutually agree to part ways this coming offseason. If the team can get back on track and makes a playoff run, Harbaugh may buy himself one more season.
