Philadelphia 76ers small forward Tobias Harris says Sixers star big man Joel Embiid is “for sure the best center in the NBA.”

Embiid, Harris, Ben Simmons and Al Horford are the new Big 4 in Philadelphia. Sixers fans are hoping the foursome can lead the team to a championship next season:

This past season, Joel Embiid played in 64 games. The two-time All-Star averaged 27.5 points, 13.6 rebounds, 3.7 assists and 1.9 blocks while shooting 48.4 percent from the field, 30.0 percent from beyond the arc and 80.4 percent from the free-throw line. Embiid recorded 58 double-doubles and two triple-doubles.

The next step for Embiid is to become more consistent with his 3-point game. NBA Hall of Famer Charles Barkley recently said he wants Embiid to get in better shape. The Sixers, who lost to the Toronto Raptors in the second round of the 2019 playoffs in seven games, are going to go as far as Embiid can take them.

Tobias Harris re-signed with the Sixers on a lucrative five-year deal worth $180 million. It's the richest deal in franchise history. With Jimmy Butler gone, Harris will have the ball in his hands more in 2019-20. The talented swingman might have to close some games in 2019-20 when opposing teams double-team Embiid in the post.
