Manu Ginobili announced his retirement from basketball on Monday, sending Twitter into a frenzy. From casual NBA fans to the superstars who play the game, everyone had something good to say about the former San Antonio Spurs guard. At least one, however, reached out to Ginobili to talk not about his past, but his future.

Terminix, a pest control company, is looking to take advantage of Ginobili’s freedom from basketball. The company posted an open letter on Twitter which outlines their desire to hire Ginobili to be part of their bat-extraction team. To be specific, Terminix wants Ginobili to be a “part-time field technician specializing in bat removal.”

Everyone knows where Terminix got the idea that the two-time NBA All-Star checks all the boxes required for such a job, as they noted that one time when Ginobili swatted a bat during a Halloween home game against the Sacramento Kings nine years ago.

Manu Ginobili made over $114 million throughout his illustrious NBA career, so if he ever wants to pursue a career in pest control, he’d probably put up his own company than work for another one.

Ginobili exits the NBA with career averages of 13.3 points, 3.5 rebounds, and 3.8 assists in 1,057 games.
