The Pittsburgh Steelers have tried to change the culture of the team this offseason and according to JuJu Smith-Schuster. While talking about the locker room on Wednesday, Smith Schuster claimed that the locker room is “on point.”

“The chemistry is on point,” Smith-Schuster told reporters after Wednesday's organized team activities session via ESPN. “Everyone is on the same page. Everyone is communicating. There's really no — how do you say? — drama in our locker room.”

This is good news after everything seemed to be drama last year starting with Le'Veon Bell never reporting to the team and ending with Antonio Brown and Ben Roethlisberger taking continuous shots at each other.

Smith-Schuster is also making sure that he isn't falling into the same trap that Brown was in, including how he conducts interviews. Last year Brown would only hold interviews once a week, but Smith-Schuster wants to make sure he is more available to the media.

“When you guys see Ben tomorrow, tell him I came out here and did an interview,” Smith-Schuster told reporters,. “He said I was trending to that one-day-[a-week] interview guy. I'm definitely not doing that. You guys can talk to me any time of the day. I promise you I'm not going to be an a–hole.”

As long as Smith-Schuster performs on the field and gets along with Big Ben that is already a positive step to the team and it's even better than everyone on the team seems to be getting along. Maybe change was all this team needed to get ready for another run to the Super Bowl.
