The San Francisco 49ers were able to get on the board first in the Super Bowl but it didn't take long for the Kansas City Chiefs to respond. After converting a fourth-down and one, Patrick Mahomes scored the first touchdown of the game on an option play versus the 49ers.

After receiving the snap, Mahomes made it appear that he was going to pitch the ball to Damien Williams. On the contrary, the fearless quarterback lowered his shoulder and got into the end zone.

For Mahomes, it is the second straight game in the playoffs that he scored a touchdown with his legs. In the AFC Championship Game, Mahomes was able to evade defenders for an impressive touchdown scamper.

Despite being known for his arm, Mahomes leads the team in rushing in the postseason. The 49ers are going to need to find an answer for Mahomes outside of the pocket if they want to hoist the Lombardi Trophy.
