Deshaun Watson is a leader amongst men for the Houston Texans, and that holds true off of the field as well. While everyone continues to have a heavy heart of the death of George Floyd, Watson attended a march in Houston led by Floyd's family.

Without a doubt, it's going to take efforts from everyone to work toward exterminating racial inequality. For the most part, during unfortunate incidents — like the one involving Floyd and others — some people look for their favorite celebrities or athletes to take action.

Therefore, the image of Watson marching with those seeking justice for Floyd's family is extremely powerful. His appearance during Tuesday's march with Floyd's family speaks volumes for Watson, the human being. Besides Watson, J.J. Watt is another notable member of the Texans to share their support for Floyd and his family.

Since being drafted by the Texans with the No. 12 pick in the 2017 NFL Draft, Watson has been faced with plenty of expectations. It's safe to say that the Clemson product has exceeded those expectations on and off of the field thus far.

Just this past season, Watson threw for 3,852 yards, 26 touchdowns, and 12 interceptions. Altogether, in his first three seasons, he's combined for 9,716 passing yards and 71 passing touchdowns while making back-to-back Pro Bowls.

Furthermore, Watson has evolved into one of the best signal-callers in the entire NFL. Given how he's performed in his career so far, he should have another productive season in 2020. Regardless of his on the field performance, Watson proved how important he is to the Houston community on Tuesday.
