The Texans have had a very tumultuous season, with it not starting off good following the issues between then-head coach Bill O'Brien and star wide receiver DeAndre Hopkinsā€“leading to Hopkins being traded to the Arizona Cardinals. The controversy of the trade was magnified after a rough start to the campaign led to O'Brien's dismissal as head coach.

While this not where the Texans would like to be, being able to win over the Titans would give Houston a confidence boost and some momentum heading into next season.

The playoffs are about to begin in the NFL after a very unique season. Not knowing how the season would look like to begin with over the summer, the campaign has been filled with controversy and some cancellations due to COVID-19 issues and a much less potent home field advantage due to the lack of fans.

In spite of all the problems, however, the league has been able to get through the entire season without a team missing any games.
