Houston Texans defensive end J.J. Watt made a lot of fans happy when he decided to play catch with them during pregame warmups prior to the matchup with the New York Jets.

Watt and company will look to get back on track on Saturday after losing their first game since Sept. 23, as the Indianapolis Colts went into Houston last week and picked up a 24-21 victory.

But before the seriousness and importance of the game kicked in, Watt decided to have a little fun with early arriving fans at MetLife Stadium by starting a nice game of catch with various members of the crowd.

It's stuff like this that makes it impossible to dislike Watt, especially considering that he could have just as easily ignored everyone and went about his pregame routine.

But he took the time to not only acknowledge them but also give them a sports memory they'll never forget by tossing the ball back and forth.

How cool is it to be able to tell someone that you've thrown a football back and forth with one of the best defensive players in the NFL? The little things matter to fans, and there's no doubt that Watt just picked up some new fans after this awesome display.

The Texans still sit at the top of the AFC South and should be in good shape to lock up the division.

After the showdown with the Jets, Houston will hit the road once again for a Week 16 matchup against the Philadelphia Eagles.
