Tennessee Titans Pro Bowl running back Derrick Henry has continued to prove his worth week after week in 2020-21 with the veteran rusher just recently receiving a multi-year contract extension from the AFC South franchise this past offseason.

With Henry already leading the entire NFL in rushing yards as a result of the 2019-20 campaign, a year that saw Tennessee make a run all the way to the AFC Championship Game before ultimately coming up short against the eventual Super Bowl Champion Kansas City Chiefs, the former Alabama Crimson Tide standout and Heisman Trophy winner is on pace to accomplish such a feat yet again.

With Henry now having a legitimate shot at surpassing the 2,000-yard rushing mark with three regular-season games remaining, “El Tractorcito” couldn't be any less concerned with his workload in 2020-21 or how much the Titans have been using him along the way.

“I’m not really worried about all the other stuff,” Henry said on Thursday afternoon, via Teresa Walker of the Associated Press. “Just what can I do to help my team? What can I do to be better to help my teammates be better and go out there and play a complete game as a team on Sunday to get a W?”

As it stands today, Henry and the Titans sit atop the AFC South standings, just ahead of the rival Indianapolis Colts. At 9-4 on the season, Tennessee will not only reach the postseason in 2020-21, but the Titans could potentially make some serious noise come playoff time as well.
