Mike Vrabel went viral after the Tennessee Titans defeated the Baltimore Ravens and it wasn't because of an animated speech in the locker room. Nearly a week after the game, Vrabel hilariously reacted to the video of him getting run over by a referee.

“That's why we get up in the morning, stretch and then I get up so early in the morning to go and get in the weight room so that when you get illegally blocked in the back like I did it doesn't hurt,” Vrabel said via Kevin Patra. “I didn't go to the ground. He didn't knock me down. Eugene can run and he's big and he's fast. I was just embarrassed because if I get a penalty, the players, after all this stuff I tell them and all this crap I talk to them about penalties, being disciplined, keeping your composure.”

In the video, the Titans' head coach is seen staring at the jumbotron during the game. While he continues to move away from the sideline, a referee unexpectedly runs through Vrabel, prompting the head coach to faintly say “sorry” in the background.

Without a doubt, it was an impressive feat for an official to be able to knock aside Vrabel—a former Pro-Bowl linebacker in the NFL. By the looks of it, the former linebacker of the New England Patriots has remained in shape after football.

During the season, Vrabel has taken part in his own workout prior to the kickoff in Titans' games. It appears that his pre-game workouts prepared him to be blindsided by an NFL official during a game.
