It's Super Bowl week which means, for certain NFL teams who've failed to reach the big game in a long time, are reminded of these failures. One such organization is the New York Jets.

The Jets haven't reached the Super Bowl since the third edition coming all the way back in 1969 (the 1968 NFL/AFL seasons). What's distressful for this green-colored franchise and its fans is that not only are they reminded of championship failures, but the team is taking it from all angles.

Just one day after soon-to-be free agent running back Le'Veon Bell roasted the team by responding to a $60 million question on Twitter, two former coaches refused to enter the Jets locker room at MetLife Stadium for the entire world to see.

On ESPN's 30 for 30 “The Two Bills,” both Bill Parcells and Bill Belichick flat-out refused to enter the locker room decorated with green colors.

“He wants to take us into the Jets locker room,” Belichick softly said under his breath while looking towards his former mentor.

“They want to do what?,” Parcells answered.

Right there, Jets fans knew where this train was headed.

“We're not going in there. What's the point?,” Parcells added to finish off the humiliation.

Of course, both Bills did coach for the Jets.

After the disaster that was Rich Kotite, Leon Hess snagged the Big Tuna after he left the New England Patriots over a squabble with Robert Kraft and the front office. Belichick joined him after his firing from the Cleveland Browns and together, they came within one half in Denver of reaching the Super Bowl during the 1998 season.

After an 8-8 1999 season that was destroyed due to a Vinny Testaverde Achilles' tear in Week 1, Parcells left for Belichick to take control. (That '99 team was picked by the majority in August to win the Super Bowl.) The now five-time Super Bowl champ resigned as head coach of the Jets after just one day and bolted for New England and as they say, the rest is history.

ESPN's 30 for 30 “The Two Bills” aired on Thursday night and received rave reviews. Super Bowl 52 between Belichick's Patriots and the Philadelphia Eagles comes your way this Sunday, Feb. 4.
