When LeBron James and Rajon Rondo of the Los Angeles Lakers finally hang up their jerseys for good, there's a good chance that we'll still see them in the bench. This time, wearing suits.

In their game against the Boston Celtics, James and Rondo were seen actively coaching the young Lakers squad. Peep the clip below posted by SLAM.

James and Rondo are tagged as one of the smartest players in the league. Doc Rivers, Rondo's former coach with the Celtics, believes that the point guard will make a great coach in the future. He has created a reputation as some sort of basketball savant. Stories of Rondo revolve around him studying tons of game film and sharing introspective insights on what he's seeing.

James, meanwhile, remains the game's standard in both mind and body. It's pretty easy to see his brute strength at work. But once the media talks to him about what goes on in his mind, people come to realize that what we have is a once-in-a-generation athlete. James once showed off his capacity to recall every play and recite them with exact precision. If that capability alone does not make a great coach, we don't know what will.
