The Minnesota Vikings are locked into a big NFC North rivalry matchup with the Detroit Lions this afternoon. Both teams are looking to make a statement that they are a serious threat in the division and should be viewed as a legitimate playoff contender in the conference.
Adam Thielen had a slow start to the 2019 NFL season, but has begun picking things up over the last couple of weeks. He is continuing his impressive play this afternoon against the Lions.
With Minnesota trailing by a touchdown, Thielen made an amazing, toe-dragging 25-yard touchdown reception in the back of the end zone from Kirk Cousins. Unfortunately, he did limp off the field after the touchdown reception and his status has not been updated as of yet.

Hopefully, Thielen will be fine following his injury. The Vikings are getting big-time production from him and they cannot afford to lose him for the rest of this game.
