Golden State Warriors superstar Stephen Curry recognizes the significant contribution of Andrew Wiggins on the offensive end.

Andrew Wiggins has been shooting lights out this season and the Warriors are definitely loving it. On Monday, he put on a statement performance against the Orlando Magic, having dropped 28 points while nailing eight of his 10 shots from beyond the arc.

Atop that, Wiggins has now set a career-high in three-point efficiency, shooting over 41% from the area.

Weighing in on his teammate's hot shooting streak, Stephen Curry, the Warriors' best shooter himself, admitted that he is now confident Wiggins can really help the team in scoring.

“I think it’s a combination of the work he’s put in,” Curry said via NBC Sports. “You have a confidence that comes with that knowing he can shoot the ball.”

“He’s an amazing scorer but he has his mind made up about what he does when he gets the ball, whether that’s shooting or driving, good things happen,” Curry continued. “It’s also, another year of being in our system and understanding where his shots are going to come from. You get rid of that hesitation or second-guessing what you should do.”

Wiggins, on the other hand, is just extremely happy “letting it fly.”

“If I see an open shot, a shot I like, just letting it fly,” the 26-year-old said. “The thing about being on this team, you play with someone like Steph [Curry] and Draymond [Green], they’re going to get you open shots and good looks. In my career, this is the most open looks I’ve gotten.”
