Golden State Warriors head coach Steve Kerr refused to provide an update on Stephen Curry after the injury scare he got late in the fourth quarter of the NBA Finals Game 3 against the Boston Celtics.

For those who missed it, Curry and Al Horford scrambled for the loose ball with a little over four minutes remaining on the clock. The Celtics big man, however, fell on the left leg of the Warriors star.

Steph was clearly in pain after that and had a noticeable limp. While he stayed in the game, there were fears that he might have sustained an injury.

Steve Kerr, of course, was asked about Stephen Curry's status in his postgame presser. Unfortunately, he evaded the question and instead noted that they will know more on Thursday after they conduct tests on their superstar.

Kerr is probably just being cautious of speaking without proper information. It might be too premature for him to discuss the issue without any finality, as it might put unnecessary pressure on Curry and the Warriors.

Hopefully, though, the injury is not serious and Curry will not have to miss any game. The fact that he's able to stay and finish Game 3 is a good sign, but nothing is set in stone until the Warriors guard undergoes test to determine his true condition.

For now, Dubs fans cannot do anything but wait for the test results and hope for the best.
