Golden State Warriors star Stephen Curry has virtually-unlimited range, and as if fans need any reminding, head coach Steve Kerr doubled down on that and heaped more praise on the 30-year-old's shooting ability.

Speaking to Mark Medina of The Mercury News, Steve Kerr admitted there were times that he wanted to stop Stephen Curry from pulling up shots anywhere on the court. However, the 53-year-old coach said he soon realized that it's a “bad idea.”

“No. There’s no such thing as a bad shot. He can take whatever shot he wants,” Kerr said when asked if there is such a thing as a bad shot for Stephen Curry.

“There is an occasion where I feel like maybe I should reign him in. Then I quickly realize that’s a bad idea.”

Every basketball fan who has watched the Warriors and Curry play know what Kerr is talking about. Whether it's a half-court heave, an off-balanced triple or an acrobatic shot, there's always a good chance that Curry will make it.

Curry's shot-making has been well documented this season. In their game against the Utah Jazz, the two-time NBA MVP hit a 70-foot heave in the second quarter, albeit after the final buzzer of the half.

Moreover, earlier this month during an open practice before the season started, Curry made a one-armed overhead shot from half-court. And he did it right in front of Kerr!

Curry's ability to score from everywhere, especially from deep, has also been highlighted in his 51 points in three quarters against the Washington Wizards. Most recently, he tied George McCloud's 22-year-old record for the most consecutive games (six) with five-plus 3-pointers.
