The Golden State Warriors conducted an open practice at Oracle Arena Sunday in front of thousands of fans, and superstar point guard Stephen Curry nonchalantly hit a no-look, one-armed half-court shot over his head, bringing the crowd to its feet.

You can't even say this was a lucky shot by Stephen Curry. Time and time again, the two-time league MVP makes shots in practices and games that no one else in the world can hit, let alone attempt. The caption of the above tweet is 100 percent correct. Curry is the greatest shooter of all-time and it's not even close.

Entering this season, Curry has made 2,129 long-distance shots in his pro career. That ranks seventh place in NBA history. When it's all said and done, Curry will likely pass Ray Allen for most 3-pointers made in history. Allen made 2,973 in his career.

Last year, Curry averaged 26.4 points, 5.1 rebounds, and 6.1 assists per game during the regular season. The sharpshooter shot 49.5 percent from the field, 42.3 percent from beyond the arc, and 92.1 percent from the free-throw line. The Warriors won their second-straight NBA title — their third ring in four years.

Barring something unforeseen, Curry and the Warriors will probably win the title again this season. The team added All-Star center DeMarcus Cousins in free agency. Once Cousins returns from his Achilles injury, Golden State's starting lineup will feature five All-Stars in Curry, Klay Thompson, Kevin Durant, Draymond Green, and Cousins.
