The Philadelphia 76ers had Kevin Durant and the Golden State Warriors quaking in their boots for most of their most recent meeting on Saturday night. However, Durant and the defending champions were able to weather the storm and came from behind to get the 124-116 win.

After that hard-earned win, Durant gave his game-worn KD 10 sneakers to a lucky young fan. Durant decided to keep his colorful insoles for some reason, but the fan likely wasn’t complaining either way.

Durant did some good work while wearing those sneakers as he finished with 27 points, five rebounds, two steals, and two blocks. The reigning Finals MVP is having yet another strong season, averaging 24.9 points, 7.0 rebounds, 4.9 assists, and a career-high 2.2 blocks.

Durant isn’t the only one giving away his game-worn sneakers to fans these days. Boston Celtics star Kyrie Irving is quickly making a habit of handing out his shoes to lucky fans. He even added his game-worn jersey when the Celtics visited the Brooklyn Nets.

Unfortunately, though, no lucky fan at Barclays Center will get the opportunity to score a pair of Durant’s game-worn sneakers with the news that KD will miss out on that game due to a sprained ankle.
