The night ended early for one Portland Trail Blazers fan after his heckling got too much for him to handle. The fan got into a heated verbal tussle with Golden State Warriors star forward Kevin Durant prior to an inbounds play at the 1:33 mark of the second quarter.

Durant was visibly irked by the fan that teammate Draymond Green, of all people, played the role of peacemaker and pacified the former. But before the play can even resume, the game officials deemed that the guy can't be in the game with that kind of behavior.

Security escorted the person out the arena and, surprisingly, Durant still gave out a final blow — at least that's what it appears to be.

Watch the clip below:

Without Stephen Curry, Durant had plenty of responsibilities on his shoulder as the Warriors tried to win their eighth consecutive game. Yes, tonight was a battle of streaks and the Blazers came out victorious, 125-108, to extend their winning run to nine games — now with two conquests over the defending champions over that span.

Damian Lillard and C.J. McCollum teamed up to register 28 and 30 points, respectively. Meanwhile, Durant had a monster game with 40 points, six rebounds, six assists, and two blocks.

The Warriors small forward has really become an entertaining figure. He's known to interact with fans on social media — even in petty ways at times — and he seems to have taken that to the court as well by engaging with fans, albeit sometimes with results that are not ideal akin to what transpired in Oregon tonight.
