Golden State Warriors guard Klay Thompson had to leave in the fourth quarter of Game 2 because of an apparent ankle injury. However, that didn't stop him from greeting his teammates after their victory.

After the Warriors beat the Toronto Raptors 109-104, Thompson congratulated his teammates in the tunnel after the game.

The All-Star guard put up 25 points, five rebounds and five assists before exiting the game in the fourth quarter.

For a brief moment, Warriors fans held a collective breath as they awaited the status of Thompson's injury.  Nonetheless, head coach Steve Kerr confirmed in his postgame presser that Klay is fine and that his injury is minor.

The Warriors have been banged up throughout these playoffs, but they're still able to play at an elite level. Whenever a player goes down with an injury, another one steps up. That's how good this team has become this season.

Golden State clearly has all the momentum they need for the pivotal Game 3, which will take place in Oakland on Wednesday. If Thompson will be able to play at 100 percent in that match, it will give the Warriors a better chance of winning.

Thompson has been extra motivated to prove himself after failing to make an All-NBA team this season. While his primary focus is to help the Warriors win their third straight title, he also wants to remind everyone of how good he is as an individual player.

He's shown that in Game 2, and hopefully he can continue to do so for the rest of this series.
