Stephen Curry is usually one of the most mild-mannered and gregarious players in the league. The Golden State Warriors superstar has many friends across the NBA because of his laid-back attitude and incredible on-court abilities.

Still, all players fall victim to making questionable, sometimes disrespectful plays in some of their games. It now appears that Curry is no exception. On Thursday against the L.A. Clippers, Austin Rivers went up for a layup and took an awkward fall.

Curry, who was nearby, didn't help him up and continued to walk over Rivers' face, although he knew exactly where Rivers was. No replays were made and the game continued as scheduled without a violation. However, very few noticed that particular moment but ClutchPoints' Tomer Azarly was eagle-eyed on that one as he caught hold of the play and some footage that captures the entire bizarre sequence.

This is awkward. It is hard to argue that Curry didn't intentionally step on Rivers' face. Mind you, Curry does have a history with the Clippers. The league won't review the play now that the officials disregarded what went down, so the Warriors All-Star got away with a close one even with a thousand eyes on him inside Oracle Arena.

Interestingly, Rivers did not seem angry or offended with the play and continued on playing basketball. This should be an interesting conversation between the two teams, especially if the Warriors meet the Clippers in the first round of the playoffs. Afterall, Curry can actually imagine these two teams being paired up when the postseason curtains go down in a couple of months.
