The Washington Football Team has been under a lot of fire lately. And no one has been catching more heat than owner Daniel Snyder. Now, somehow, this involves Jeffrey Epstein.

A lot of allegations (including sexual harassment) are being thrown in Snyder's direction. Things only seem to be getting worse for him. The NFL has decided to involve themselves in the investigation, making sure no stone is left unturned. Meanwhile, Snyder released all of his former employees from their nondisclosure agreements. That means more news can come out at any moment.

The good news for Snyder is, he apparently has a new strategy for the defamation lawsuit he is filing. However, that does not come with some bad news itself.

According to Mike Florio of ProFootballTalk.com, Snyder's new tactic sort of links him to disgraced millionaire Jeffrey Epstein.

“In the California action, Daniel Snyder seeks from New Content Media, Inc. information regarding its relationship with a company known as HoneyHouse, which allegedly has a link to meaww.com, the website that published multiple false articles tying Snyder to Jeffrey Epstein.”

Now, this is not linking him to Epstein in any real scenarios. But it is putting him in the same arena as Epstein. Daniel Snyder is sort of voluntarily giving people a reason to link him to Epstein. And that is someone you don't want to be linked to at any time, but especially while you are going through a probe like this yourself.

Jeffrey Epstein has been in the news over the last few years after some terrible things were uncovered about him being a sexual predator. Snyder is now seeing allegations of sexual harassment coming at him from every which way. And that included being linked to Epstein in articles published by meaww.com.

Yes, the owner is not the one that first made a connection to him and the disgusting person. But it probably doesn't help his view in the media and general public if the link keeps being brought up. Obviously, it makes sense for Daniel Snyder to want to sue over this and try to clear his name on that front especially. But for now, it's a simple reminder of something terrible he was accused of.
