Just like the previous weeks, there are a plethora of injuries to consider when setting your fantasy football lineups in Week 6. Fortunately, you've come to the right place to determine who will be in and who will be out this weekend.

In this article, we will highlight the most notable players who are injured at each position and their designation for the week. Along with their designation, we will also point out possible replacements for the players who have a chance of being sidelined.

It's easy to point out the obvious options to start in place of the injured players; so the possible replacements in this article are more so low-owned options to help people in deeper leagues.

With that being said, here is the Week 6 fantasy football injury report.

QBs:

Steelers' Mason Rudolph (Out): The Pittsburgh Steelers will be deploying their third different quarterback this season with Mason Rudolph being ruled out in Week 6. Rudolph suffered a concussion in Week 5 and was unable to clear concussion protocol during the week.

In his place, undrafted rookie Devlin Hodges will assume the starting role under center. Unless you're in a deep, two-quarterback league, you shouldn't be interested in starting Hodges in your lineups this week.

Chiefs' Patrick Mahomes (Active): Last week, we saw Patrick Mahomes suffer an injury scare against the Indianapolis Colts. The mesmerizing quarterback sustained an ankle injury that limited his mobility in Week 5.

Fortunately, Mahomes was able to practice in full all week and didn't seem to be limited in any capacity. Just like any other week, you're plugging Mahomes into your lineup with no hesitation in Week 6.

Jaguars' Gardner Minshew (Active): Earlier in the week, Gardner Minshew began having issues with his groin. As a result, he was somewhat limited in practice and ended up being a full participant on Friday.

Since becoming the starter in Week 2, Minshew has been one of the most consistent quarterbacks in fantasy football. The rookie sixth-round pick is definitely in play in fantasy this week unless you have one of the must-start options like Mahomes, Lamar Jackson, Russell Wilson, etc.

Possible replacements: Saints' Teddy Bridgewater, Redskins' Case Keenum, Vikings' Kirk Cousins

RBs:

Rams' Todd Gurley (Out): At the beginning of the week, the Los Angeles Rams were surprised to see Todd Gurley appear on the injury report with a quad injury. After missing practice all week, Sean McVay ruled out his All-Pro running back for Sunday's game against the San Francisco 49ers.

With Gurley being sidelined, Malcolm Brown will see the majority of the touches in the backfield. Darrell Henderson will also see some playing time but if you're replacing Gurley with a Rams running back, Brown is the safer pick.

Saints' Alvin Kamara (Active): Similarly to Gurley, the New Orleans Saints were a bit surprised to see Alvin Kamara appear on the injury report at the start of the week. The elusive running back is nursing an ankle injury and missed practice on Friday.

Luckily for Kamara owners, the Saints running back appears on track to play after being present for the team's walkthrough on Saturday. It's likely that Kamara will test out his ankle pre-game so it will be worth monitoring his status before kickoff.

Cardinals' David Johnson (Questionable): It seems as if this is the week that the top-tier running backs are all dealing with injuries. Among them, David Johnson is questionable for the Arizona Cardinals with a back injury.

Kliff Kingsbury has said that Johnson will be a game-time decision so it will be crucial to pay attention to his status in the afternoon. If you're a Johnson owner, it may be worth scooping up Chase Edmonds in case Johnson is unable to give it a go on Sunday.

Possible replacements: Rams' Malcolm Brown, Redskins' Adrian Peterson, Cardinals' Chase Edmonds

WRs:

Packers' Davante Adams (Out): For the second consecutive week, the Green Bay Packers will be without Davante Adams. Adams is recovering from a toe injury that he sustained in Week 4 versus the Philadelphia Eagles.

With Adams out again, Marquez Valdes-Scantling is the only wide receiver you can consider from the Packers. Even though, there are better options out there than trying to replace Adams with another Packers receiver.

Chiefs' Tyreek Hill (Active): Tyreek Hill owners can rejoice as it seems as if the big-play wideout is poised to make a return in Week 6. The Kansas City Chiefs wideout has missed the past four games with a shoulder injury that he sustained in Week 1.

Throughout the week, Hill was able to be a limited participant in practice, and he's now active. You should feel comfortable starting Hill in Week 6 versus the Houston Texans.

Ravens' Marquise Brown (Out): Everyone was prepared to play Marquise Brown in Week 6 but it seems as if you'll need a backup plan. The Baltimore Ravens rookie wideout has missed practice all week with an ankle injury.

The Ravens listed Brown as a game-time decision for Sunday, but he's been ruled out.

Possible replacements: Packers' Marquez Valdes-Scantling, Falcons' Mohamed Sanu, Bengals' Auden Tate

TEs:

49ers' George Kittle (Questionable): The San Francisco 49eres are hoping they can have George Kittle in uniform on Sunday. The highly touted tight end has been limited in practice all week with a groin injury and is listed as questionable in Week 6.

Kittle will test his injury prior to kickoff so it will be wise to pay attention to his official designation in the afternoon. Currently, you can keep Kittle in your lineups but be ready to replace him with another tight end that plays at 4 pm or later.

Chargers' Hunter Henry (Questionable): The Los Angeles Chargers are desperate for a win and they appear to be getting Hunter Henry back in Week 6. Henry has missed the past four weeks after suffering a knee injury in Week 1.

The athletic tight end was able to record a full practice on Friday and is on track to start on Sunday night. If you're in need of a viable option at tight end in Week 6; look no further than Henry.

Ravens' Mark Andrews (Active): Over the past few weeks, Mark Andrews has been dealing with a foot injury. However, the second-year tight end has yet to miss a game due to the injury.

For the fourth consecutive game, Andrews is on track to play despite being listed on the injury report. Unless there's a huge setback in pregame, the Baltimore Ravens tight end should be good to go in your lineups in Week 6.

Possible replacements: Jaguars' Geoff Swaim, Rams' Gerald Everett, Redskins' Jeremy Sprinkle
