The Green Bay Packers are set to open the regular season on Thursday night against the arch-rival Chicago Bears. While this game may be the first of the season, there could be quite a few playoff implications on the line already. Both of these teams are viewed as contenders in the NFC and they are expected to battle all season long for the NFC North division.
Aaron Rodgers and Matt LaFleur are set to begin a new era of football in Green Bay. After years of Mike McCarthy, the franchise made a big-time move to fire the former head coach last season. LaFleur brings a new offense and enthusiasm to Titletown.
