The Oregon State Beavers are moving on in the NCAA Tournament. After securing a 12-seed in March Madness, they rolled into the Round of 64 and upset #5 Tennessee on Friday by a score of 70-56.

OSU went just 18-12 this season, but their underdog mentality led them to a Pac 12 Tournament title, beating Colorado in the big game. The Beavers are also the 51st 12-seed to take down a fifth-seed since 1985.

Roman Silva led Oregon State against the Volunteers, dropping a team-high 16 points, while Jarod Lucas also added 14. The Beavers also contained projected first-round pick Keon Johnson to just 14 points as Tennessee shot just 19% from downtown.

Oregon State got hot from three-point range in the second half, sinking seven shots from beyond the arc en route to their first victory in the NCAA Tournament since 1982, where they reached the Elite Eight. Oregon meanwhile, who are their arch-rivals, entered the Big Dance as a seven-seed and face #10 VCU on Saturday night.

Next up for the Beavers will be the winner of #13 Liberty and #4 Oklahoma State, who is led by one of the nation's best in Cade Cunningham. Although Oregon State's Round of 32 opponent isn't yet known, you better believe they're dancing back in Corvallis right now because history was just made.
