The game between the San Francisco 49ers and the Los Angeles Rams featured an incredible climax. It was Jimmy Garoppolo's time to connect with Emmanuel Sanders and lift the Niners in spectacular fashion.
There was less than one minute left in the game, and the Rams' defense had San Francisco in a third-and-16 situation.
However, Jimmy G didn't allow the Rams to get the ball back. He hit Emmanuel Sanders on a Los Angeles coverage bust to put the 49ers in Rams territory.

It was a nerve-wracking win that saw both sides duking it out with everything they got. However, it was the incredible third-and-long play from Garoppolo that helped the 49ers take the win.
They made the field goal and won, 34-31. They moved to 12-3 while dooming the Los Angeles Rams' playoff hopes in the process.
