Since the Buffalo Bills moved up to the sixth overall pick in this year's draft to take former Wyoming quarterback Josh Allen, there has been nothing but an outpouring of support and praise toward his way.

Buffalo has continued to voice optimism about what could lie ahead for Allen in his NFL career with the franchise. Second-year cornerback Tre'Davious White echoed that sentiment that the organization has expressed this offseason by taking it a step further by voicing that he believes the 22-year-old has a chance to quickly become one of the top young quarterbacks in the league for the next several years.

“Josh Allen has been doing a great job of throwing that ball,” White said during an appearance on NFL Network. “I'd say he has a great arm. He's been throwing it and throwing around. Be on the lookout for Josh Allen, he's going to be one of the best young quarterbacks in this league for a long time.”

White also added that Allen's arm strength is one of the best he's seen and jokes that the rookie is “going to break a lot of guys' fingers this year.”

Allen has clearly made a strong impression in the few weeks since he has been selected by the Bills with his performance in the OTAs. During the entire draft process, there were questions surrounding his ability to throw the ball accurately but he looks to be showing he can do just that in practice that has pushed a high level of confidence from his teammates.

He has all the physical tools and size needed for the position to become a legitimate franchise quarterback for the long haul in Buffalo. The opportunity this offseason to make a strong case to earn the starting job ahead of his rookie campaign with his main competition at the position being A.J. McCarron, who inked a deal in free agency with the team in hopes of finally landing a spot where he could get a chance to show he can be a viable starter under center.

Nonetheless, this continued forward trajectory for Allen could be a sign of things to come for him in the 2018 season.
