The Buffalo Bills are a team trying to turn things around with the team bringing in a talented young quarterback in Josh Allen. The team decided to select Allen with the seventh pick in the NFL Draft and the gamble may be starting to pay off.

Along with receiving rare reviews during OTAs and possibly being the favorite to be the team's starting quarterback in Week 1, star running back LeSean McCoy has been impressed with what he's seen from the 22-year-old. McCoy isn't fond of rookies, but Allen may be the exception, as he told reporters via Bills Twitter account.

Although Allen had his fair share of criticism heading into the NFL Draft, the Wyoming product has turned a lot of heads in Buffalo and may be well on his way to be the franchise quarterback the Bills hope he is. Allen will compete with A.J. McCarron for the starting job in Buffalo with the team signing the former Cincinnati Bengals quarterback in NFL free agency.

McCarron spent the first four years of his career as a backup to Andy Dalton in Cincinnati. The Alabama product was hoping for an opportunity to be a starter in the league and signed with Buffalo before the team drafted Allen.

As for McCoy, the star running back may not have to shoulder the offensive load as much as he has in the past. Allen could make the passing game a strength next season opening things up for McCoy who heads one of the best rushing attacks in the NFL.
