Brandon Jennings sent out a subtle tweet to reveal his new designation in free agency instead of making a full out announcement on Twitter or sending a beat writer the details.

Really, it wasn't very hard to tell what he was hinting at, and what team he was currently working with to sign a contract.

Before the day was over, Jennings had signed a one year deal to join the New York Knicks as the backup point guard to Derrick Rose.

Jennings seemed very excited to join the team, later tweeting out about his joy in playing for New York.

Jennings tweet was just a picture emoji. The picture was the a head shot of the statue of Liberty, which is in New York.

The Knicks afterwards rescinded a qualifying offer to Langston Galloway, although they can still keep him because he is a RFA, but it seems unlikely with Jennings coming in.

You can see the tweet below… would you have guessed the team seeing this for the first time? (Probably.)
