Odell Beckham Jr. told reporters on Wednesday, “I'm not going anywhere.” That should come as no coincidence, as the statement stems from the Cleveland Browns front office.

Browns general manager John Dorsey has told Beckham that he is not going anywhere, according to Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network.

Though amid his worst full season as a pro, the Browns still view Beckham as a game-changing talent. They do not want him to trade him a year after acquiring him in a blockbuster trade with the New York Giants.

The Browns sent 2019 first-round and third-round picks and safety Jabrill Peppers to New York for Beckham in March. He has three years remaining on the deal he originally signed with the Giants.

Beckham nor the 6-8 Browns have lived up to expectations in 2019. The LSU product has tallied 67 catches for 910 yards and two touchdowns on the season, on pace for career-lows across the board. However, he's not particularly healthy, as he's dealt with a sports hernia he plans to have surgery on in the offseason.

On Wednesday, Beckham went to the podium to stop the madness of his trade rumors.

It’s done. It’s over with,’’ said Beckham, via Mary Kay Cabot of Cleveland.com. “I’m not going anywhere. I’ll be here. We’re going to figure this thing out. It’s just too special to leave.’’

Though the Browns are not slated to visit the postseason, there is still time to work on the team entering the 2020 offseason. Next season, expect No. 13 to line-up out-wide in Cleveland.
