The Cleveland Browns received good news on running back Nick Chubb. The star has been activated off the COVID-19 list for the upcoming game against the Detroit Lions. Per Ian Rapoport of NFL Network:

In seven games this season, Chubb has rushed for 721 yards, while also scoring six touchdowns. He has proven time and time again to being a reliable offensive weapon for the Browns, along with his sidekick Kareem Hunt. The running back has has been a Pro-Bowler the past two seasons, and is vital to the Browns' lineup.

The Browns are 5-5, at the bottom of the AFC North. The team had high expectations for the playoffs, but Cleveland has been truly struggling this season. With the recent debacle regarding Odell Beckham Jr., the team's chemistry seems to be at an all-time low, and will need to get it together in order to have a chance of making a playoff push.

They will face a winless Detroit Lions team who are looking to win their first game. It is almost mandatory to come out victorious in this game, if the Browns want to have some hope of keeping their postseason dreams alive. Baker Mayfield will need to connect with the offense at a high level to change the momentum of the team's season.
