The Cleveland Browns will be without Nick Chubb for at least three weeks due to a sprained MCL, but the team has Kareem Hunt to take over the starting running back role in the meantime.

Hunt, who led the NFL in rushing during his rookie season with the Kansas City Chiefs, told Browns reporters he's a man on a mission after only playing in three games last season.

“I’m a man on a mission,” Kareem Hunt told Mary Kay Cabot of cleveland.com.

“I didn’t get to play a full season last year or the year before, so I want to be able to finish out a full season and just remind everybody that I believe I can play with the best of the best and I’m up there with those guys. So, I’ve been working hard all offseason and just getting my mind right too — especially playing in my hometown, and what it will do for the community. You know, I love Cleveland.”

The Browns are 3-1 on the young season after defeating the Dallas Cowboys in Week 4. Cleveland will look to improve to 4-1 when it takes on the Indianapolis Colts in Week 5.

Through the Browns' first four games of the 2020 season, Hunt has carried the ball 50 times for 275 yards and three touchdowns. Cleveland ranks first in the NFL in rushing thanks to Hunt and Chubb, but now the Browns will face the real test of their rushing attack since Chubb is out.

Since entering the NFL, Hunt has racked up 2,605 yards on the ground with the Chiefs and Browns.
