The Cleveland Browns just had a heartbreaker against the Las Vegas Raiders, losing 16-14 which dropped them to the bottom of the AFC North. Despite the loss, however, Myles Garrett remains confident about their chances of winning the division.

Cleveland dropped to 7-7 on the season with the defeat, squandering their chance to tie the Cincinnati Bengals at 8-6 for the top seed. Nonetheless, the Browns are not out yet with just a slim margin to make up, and Garrett emphasized that in his postgame presser.

For Garrett, they still have complete control of their destiny and actually winning the AFC North is not out of the question.

“The goal is to win out. Destiny is in our favor if we do what we need to,” Garrett said of the Browns' mission, per 92.3 The Fan.

The race in the AFC North is pretty tight, to say the least. One win could propel any team to the top, while a loss–just like what happened to the Browns–could see them falling to the bottom.

Myles Garrett is right, though, since they still have a chance to make it back to the top and actually win it since they will be playing the Bengals in their final regular season game. But things won't be easy, as they face the league-best Green Bay Packers and the surging Pittsburgh Steelers in Weeks 16 and 17.

It's now up to Garrett and his Browns teammates to walk the talk and take full control of their destiny.
