The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have been hit with a ton of drama all thanks to Antonio Brown. Things aren't looking great for the franchise, but they're bound to get back on track with the playoffs right around the corner. Although Brown left mid-game in Week 17, he is still technically on the roster.

Bruce Arians has opened up about what is truly going on with the organization. According to Greg Auman, Arians claims the Buccaneers front office is in charge of Brown's roster status. He made it clear that Brown is not a part of the team. However, the controversial star technically remains on the roster as part of a “management decision.”

So, we're not likely to see Brown take the field anytime soon in Tampa Bay. Even so, management believes it's in the best interest of the team to keep him on the roster. There could be a multitude of reasons for this decision made by the Buccaneers. The important factor here is that Arians has moved on from Brown completely.

Maybe the team views Brown as an emergency backup plan at wide receiver? Or maybe the front office doesn't want to release him simply to prevent another team from signing Brown immediately. With the playoffs starting, the Buccaneers won't want a disgruntled star going to a rival NFC team in the postseason.

It's been a wild ride for Antonio Brown, but based on rumblings around the league, his career might not be over. We'll see how it all plays out, but we could see Brown playing for a new organization next season. For now, the Buccaneers will move on without him on the field.
