After the recently released early player rankings for the Madden NFL 21, another list has sparked countless arguments among the players. The league has gradually been unveiling the top 100 players in the NFL and Los Angeles Chargers wide receiver Keenan Allen was not a happy man.

The three-time Pro Bowler voiced his frustrations and even called out some of his colleagues on Twitter:

Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Mike Evans fired back at Keenan Allen and responded to the tweet:

The 2017 Comeback Player of the Year was placed at the 77th spot of this year's rendition. The top 70 players of the list have yet to be revealed but Evans, Godwin, and Tyreek Hill haven't been named yet.

Allen Robinson (93), Cooper Kupp (89), and DK Metcalf (81) are the only other receivers to be included thus far.

The Los Angeles Charger finished the 2019 season tied for third in the league with a total of 104 catches and has 303 receptions over the last three seasons. He trails behind New Orleans Saints wide receiver Michael Thomas and Arizona Cardinals wideout DeAndre Hopkins for the feat. He also received 3,788 yards from 2017-2019 which were more than what Evans, Godwin, or Hill has had in that stretch.

More than individual numbers, Keenan Allen should put his efforts and attention towards helping his team bounce back from a disappointing 5-11 record last season. Luckily for the tandem of Mike Evans and Chris Godwin, reinforcements are on the way as Tom Brady and Rob Gronkowski are set to join the Bucs for the upcoming season.

Tyreek Hill isn't in a bad situation either with the league's top gunslinger on his team.
