The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are surprisingly putting up a good fight against the Carolina Panthers. Even more surprisingly, they gained a five-point lead late in the third quarter thanks to a fantastic rushing TD by Peyton Barber.

In a show of athleticism, the 25-year-old running back managed to break free from the line of scrimmage and make it to the end zone in a sea of cyan shirts.

NFL was quick to share the impressive run on their social media channels.

It was supposed to be a run that would only bring the line of scrimmage closer to the end zone. Peyton Barber was probably expecting to get hit for two or four yards.

However, a series of good plays happened. Tight end O.J. Howard was able to block a rushing linebacker to give Barber space to run through the middle of the line of scrimmage.

Since the linebackers attempted to rush the quarterback, there was nothing but clean air for the former Auburn Tiger. Donte Jackson was able to react to Barber, but he was too late to stop him getting the rushing TD.

It was a brilliant call for Bruce Arians to recognize the blitz and set up a winning run for the team. It gives the Bucs some much-needed scoring to tip the game back in their favor.

It's been a close game so far with neither team letting up on the attack. Cam Newton has thrown for 272 yards but is yet to record a touchdown through three quarters of play. Meanwhile, Jameis Winston managed to notch a  passing TD with Chris Godwin.

This game will be entertaining through the end, and Bucs fans hope that they'll be on the winning side.
